Leaky Gut Syndrome Diet Tips For Fast Relief

It’s first important to understand that a Leaky Gut Syndrome diet is the foundation for how to heal Leaky Gut.

Without making the necessary dietary changes you will NOT heal. It’s as simple as that.

A proper Leaky gut Syndrome diet is important for so many different reasons from balancing and controlling your blood sugar to even balancing your hormones. Your diet literally affects every single physiological process that occurs within your body.

And if you don’t have your diet working for you then it’s most likely working against you.

One of the most important functions of your Leaky Gut Syndrome diet is to help remove as much of the inflammation within your digestive tract as possible. This is because many of your Leaky Gut symptoms are being driven and worsened by this inflammation on a daily basis.

So here are a few very common sources of inflammation that you should be avoiding in your Leaky Gut Syndrome diet.

Food Allergies

Removing food allergies and intolerances is a must when it comes to your Leaky Gut Syndrome diet and Leaky Gut treatment program.

It’s quite the viscous cycle.

You develop Leaky Gut and in turn develop food allergies. And these food allergies create even more inflammation within your digestive tract. And this additional inflammation worsens your Leaky Gut. And the worse your Leaky Gut, the more food allergies you develop.

As you can see, it’s not a pretty picture. It’s no wonder why so many people spiral out of control so fast. And it’s typically because they waited far too long to make the necessary dietary changes.

And I will admit that determining your food allergies is much easier said than done. Many food allergy reactions can take up to 48 hours before you notice any symptoms. And this is why I recommend either Muscle Testing or running a Food Allergy Panel.

Either way, it’s an absolute must to remove these problematic foods from your Leaky Gut Syndrome diet before you will even begin to get relief.

Bad Fats

I talk a lot about fat and how certain fats are an absolutely essential part of my Leaky Gut Syndrome diet.

But I have no problem saying that not all fats are good. The problem I do have is that many of the fats that are considered bad are actually good and vice versa.

And I’m not just talking the same old trans-fats that are bad.

Any fat that is high in Omega-6 Fatty Acids and low in Omega-3 Fatty Acids is going to promote inflammation within your body.

So choose your fats carefully.

Toxic Food Chemicals

When it comes to your Leaky Gut Syndrome diet, I always recommend organic foods. This is because they contain far less toxic food chemicals that can create significant amounts of inflammation in your gut.

For starters, there are toxic pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and other farming chemicals that are covering your food. And it’s not like they use just one or even one of each. Conventional farmers spray dozens of these chemicals which only makes matters worse.

Then you have to take into account all of the toxic food preservatives that enter the food supply as well in order to prolong shelf life and add flavor to unhealthy foods.

And if you think we have toxic food, think about what they feed cows, chickens, and other animals and how much of those toxins are making it onto your dinner plate.

Alcoholics and those who come from alcoholic parents run a much higher risk of developing Leaky Gut for a number of reasons. In fact, this is can oftentimes be a telltale sign when there is no need for a formal Leaky Gut Syndrome diagnosis.

Alcohol is also a major source of inflammation within the digestive tract.

There’s not much more to say about this one except that it has no place in your Leaky Gut Syndrome diet.

If you’re unsure as to what is Leaky Gut or whether or not you suffer from it then it’s better to be safe than sorry. By simply following a good Leaky Gut Syndrome diet you can start getting fast relief from your symptoms and spare yourself a lot of unnecessary pain and agony down the road.
